These are product and operating commitments for the Founding 100 pilot. They are not a substitute for a final legal/compliance review before launch.
Data minimisation
We aim to collect only information needed to operate, safeguard and evaluate the pilot.
No advertising to children
The pilot will not depend on behavioural advertising or monetising a learner’s attention.
No engagement traps
No infinite scroll, streak pressure or design whose primary goal is keeping a child online longer.
Age-appropriate AI boundaries
The Edvora Companion is an educational guide — not a therapist, doctor, substitute parent, romantic companion or secret confidant.
Human oversight and escalation
Safety-sensitive situations should have defined human review and escalation processes.
Respectful parent visibility
Parents should understand the learner’s journey and relevant safety issues without turning every reflection into routine surveillance.
Clear reporting and deletion routes
Families should know how to raise concerns, withdraw and request appropriate deletion of pilot data.
